We use a Fair Upfront Pricing Model with zero hidden fees. Your visit begins with a Minimum Service Call of $100 for Zone A (within 20 miles) or $145 for Zone B (20+ miles), covering travel, diagnosis, and the first hour of labor. Any continuous labor after the first hour is billed in transparent 15-minute increments at a flat rate of $70 per hour. Materials are billed separately at a 10–15% standard markup, or you can supply them yourself at zero markup!
Yes! For common, straightforward repairs, we provide flat-rate menu items. This gives you absolute certainty over costs before we even begin. Flat-rate items include straightforward installations (like deadbolts, faucets, ceiling fans, or smart doorbells), drywall patches, TV mounting, and gutter cleanings.
